Deliveries begin from the first week of September. After you book, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred delivery date and deliver your box on that day.

Home delivery is currently available only within Bengaluru.

1. Acceptance of terms

Mane Mane Ganesha is an initiative of Kalyug Events. By ordering the Mane Mane GaneshaCelebration Box through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product description

Each box includes a 14-inch eco-friendly Ganesha idol, a 6-inch Gowri idol, potted plants, a Gowri set, a complete pooja set, a sweet box, and a scratch card offer from TwoFrogs. Contents are as listed on the product page at the time of order; minor packaging or brand substitutions of equivalent value may occur due to festival-season supply constraints.

3. Pricing

The price is ₹2,499 per box, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change for future orders without affecting orders already confirmed and paid for.

4. Delivery area

We currently deliver only within Bengaluru. We do not ship outside Bengaluru at this time. If an address outside our delivery zone is submitted, we will contact you to cancel and refund the order.

5. Order confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation email/message once payment is verified.

6. Delivery timelines

We aim to deliver within the window communicated at the time of booking. Festival-season demand may affect exact delivery slots; we will contact you to confirm or adjust timing where needed.

7. Product condition

Idols are handmade from natural/eco-friendly materials and may have minor natural variation in color, texture, or finish — this is not a defect. Sweets and perishable items are prepared close to delivery and should be consumed promptly upon receipt.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, courier disruptions, force majeure). Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
