By accessing or using https://kalyugevents.com, or by submitting a registration, enquiry, booking, or contest entry through Kalyug Events or Kalyug Event Managements, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit any form.
2. Company and services
Kalyug Events provides event management services across Karnataka, including weddings, corporate events, pageants, fashion shows, exhibitions, photography, and related promotional or production services. Service scope, dates, pricing, and deliverables may vary by event and are confirmed only when accepted in writing by the organizer.
3. Event registrations and contest participation
Registration for events such as Mr Ms Mrs Karnataka Star, State Level Makeup Contest, Kids Runway Fashion Show, and Fake Wedding Reels Mania does not guarantee selection, shortlisting, entry to every round, or winning any prize. Organiser decisions, including eligibility, judging, disqualification, scheduling, and final results, are final and binding.
Participants must provide truthful, current, and complete details in all registration forms. Misrepresentation, impersonation, forged documents, or omitted information may result in rejection or removal from the event.
For children's participation, including Kids Runway Fashion Show, a parent or legal guardian must register and provide consent on the child's behalf before the child may participate.
4. Stall and exhibition bookings
Stall, exhibition, and vendor bookings are accepted subject to payment confirmation, availability, and any separate event agreement or invoice issued by the organizer.

5. Photography and media usage
By attending, registering for, or participating in any Kalyug Events program, you grant the organizer the right to photograph, film, livestream, record, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, name, performance, and event-related content, including content uploaded through forms or shared during registration.
You agree that the organizer may use this material for promotional, archival, editorial, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes without further approval or payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Prizes
Any prize, voucher, gift, trip, or sponsor-provided benefit is subject to availability, third-party terms, and eligibility. Prizes are generally non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or compliance requirements.
Kalyug Events is not liable for delays, substitutions, cancellations, or fulfilment issues caused by third-party prize providers, including sponsor-supplied items such as Bali or Goa trips, vouchers from partners like Two Frogs, or any similar external prize fulfillment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalyug Events will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the site, registration for events, contest participation, or third-party prize fulfilment.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid directly to us for the specific service or registration giving rise to the claim, if any, unless a different rule applies under mandatory law.
8. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to the site or the services will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Karnataka, India.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, event formats, registration workflows, or applicable law. The revised version will be effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated.
